How long will it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer, and we also have our own international trade department. We produce and sell our own products.
Can you make customized products?

Yes, we mainly make customized products. We develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.
Do you produce standard parts?

Yes, in addition to customized products, we also have some general standard size products for customers to choose directly.
How does your company ensure product quality?

We will have a corresponding first inspection after each process of mass production, and then conduct random inspections from time to time during the production process. For the final finished products, we will do 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.
What is the payment method?

When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% advance payment first, and then pay the balance after seeing the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course L/C is also acceptable.
How to deliver the goods to customers?

Usually we ship by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also ship by air.
